6. Orders and Payments

Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods through our PhonePe payment gateway:
- UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and other UPI-enabled apps

- Digital Wallets: PhonePe Wallet and other integrated wallet options

Cash on Delivery (COD):
We also offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for select locations.
- COD is available only for orders that meet our delivery partner’s eligibility criteria.
- A nominal handling fee may apply for COD orders (if applicable).
- The full payment must be made to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
- Orders placed via COD are subject to verification through call or email before dispatch.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails or is declined, you will be notified immediately. Your order will not be processed until successful payment. You may retry payment using the same or different payment method. No amount will be charged for failed transactions. In case of accidental double charges, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete payment. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India.
