- Availability: Products are subject to real-time stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you within 24 hours via email or phone and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on product pages will match the checkout price. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify affected customers immediately. Confirmed orders will honor the original quoted price.
- Price Changes: We may revise prices without prior notice due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, tax changes, or market conditions. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
6. Orders and Payments
Order Placement: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product under these Terms. We will send an order confirmation email within 2 hours of your purchase, but this does not constitute order acceptance.
Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, inventory discrepancies, payment verification failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery address being unserviceable, or violation of these Terms.
Payment Processing: We use PCI DSS-compliant secure third-party payment gateway (PhonePe) for all transactions. We do not store complete credit/debit card information, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption for your security.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods through our PhonePe payment gateway:
- UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and other UPI-enabled apps
- Debit/Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, and other major cards
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks - choose your bank from available options at checkout
- Digital Wallets: PhonePe Wallet and other integrated wallet options
Payment Security: PhonePe employs bank-grade security with 256-bit encryption. Your payment information is processed directly by PhonePe's secure servers and is never stored on our website.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive instant payment confirmation from PhonePe, order confirmation email from Tools Warehouse within 2 hours, and SMS notification with order number and estimated delivery date.
Failed Payments: If your payment fails or is declined, you will be notified immediately. Your order will not be processed until successful payment. You may retry payment using the same or different payment method. No amount will be charged for failed transactions. In case of accidental double charges, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery: Currently not available. We accept only prepaid online payments through PhonePe gateway for all orders.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within the estimated timeframe displayed at checkout (usually 1-3 business days after payment confirmation). You will receive email and SMS notifications upon dispatch with tracking information.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days from dispatch date for most locations in India. Remote areas may require additional time. Specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete payment. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India.
Delivery Address: Products will be delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete. Address changes after dispatch are subject to courier policy and may not be possible.
Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
