Shipping Policy

At Tools Warehouse, we strive to provide timely delivery and a hassle-free returns experience. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully.

1. Shipping Information

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive email and SMS notifications upon dispatch, including tracking information.

Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days from dispatch
  • Tier-2 Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days from dispatch
    Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, regional restrictions, weather, or festive seasons.

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, if applicable, depend on order value and delivery location and are displayed at checkout:

  • Orders ₹999 or below incur a ₹99 delivery charge
  • Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India
    Shipping charges are non-refundable except for defective/damaged/incorrect shipments.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and certain remote locations per courier guidelines.

Delivery Address: Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at order placement. Please verify your address, contact number, and pin code before completing purchase. Address changes after order placement cannot be accommodated.

Order Tracking: After dispatch, you receive tracking details via email/SMS. Track shipments on the Delivery website or via your Tools Warehouse account

2. Delivery Confirmation and Failures

Delivery Verification: Upon delivery, please inspect the package and verify its condition before signing or providing OTP confirmation. If damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Courier makes 2-3 delivery attempts. If unavailable, a delivery attempt notice is left for redelivery the next business day. After all attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse.

Redelivery or Refund: Contact us within 7 days to arrange reshipment (charges apply) or request refund as per Returns Policy.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are accepted beyond 15 days upon verification.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons. This includes disposable products (such as batteries, adhesives, and safety gear once opened), customized or personalized items, and any products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Return Process: Contact customercare@toolswarehouse.in within 15 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions. Customers bear return shipping costs unless returned due to our error.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returns, credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Order Cancellations

  • You may request order cancellations only within 1 hour of placing your order to allow us to process your request before shipment. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at customercare@toolswarehouse.in or call/WhatsApp +91 79959 69222
  • If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the order is delivered, subject to our Returns Policy.
  • We recommend double-checking your order details, shipping address, and payment confirmation to minimize cancellation requests.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s time frame.

5. Warranty and Defective Goods

  • All products sold on our platform come with the manufacturer’s warranty, applicable for up to 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
  • Should the product exhibit any defects or operational issues covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by mailing us at  customercare@toolswarehouse.in with a detailed description and clear photographs of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will facilitate repair, replacement, or refund as per the warranty terms.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • We strive to resolve all warranty claims efficiently and keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Delivery Delays and Liabilities

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your orders, Tools Warehouse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control. These include but are not limited to:

  • Delays by courier or postal services
  • Natural events (such as floods, storms, earthquakes)
  • Political unrest, strikes, or transportation disruptions
  • Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
  • Festive seasons and sale periods causing high shipment volumes

In case of expected significant delays, we proactively notify you via email or phone with updated delivery estimations and options. We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance for time-sensitive needs or special occasions.

Claims for lost or significantly delayed shipments can be made through our customer support, and we will assist in tracking or filing claims with the courier, but liability for such delays remains limited.
