1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post Speed Post. We partner only with reliable and trackable delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, regional restrictions, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
3. Delivery Address
All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
5. Delays and Liabilities
While we take every effort to deliver your orders on time, VS Enterprises (Tools Warehouse) shall not be held liable for delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Orders valued at ₹999 or below will incur a Delivery charge of ₹99.
- Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
These charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Tools Warehouse ships only within India. International deliveries are not available at this time.
